Davis Choir Scholarship
Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Carrollton is holding auditions for the Davis Choir Scholarship. We are seeking all voice parts. Depending on the candidates, conducting opportunities may be available, but not required.
Hours:
Every Sunday from 9:20 AM- 11:00 AM
Requirements:
Must be a full-time student
Working towards a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree in:
Music
Music Performance
Conducting
Or Music Education
Excellent sight-reading skills
Pay:
$45 per event (worship service, rehearsal, et cetera). This will typically come out to $90 per week, or $360.00 per month for four weeks, assuming no events are missed.
Setting up an audition:
The audition will consist of one solo, sight-reading, and an interview.
